GA4 is a fundamentally different data model to UA — session-based vs. event-based — which means direct comparisons between the two are often misleading. We’ll audit your current GA4 setup, identify what’s missing or misconfigured, and rebuild it properly. You’ll finish with a configuration that actually reflects your business, plus documentation of every event and conversion.

Server-side GTM processes events on your server rather than in the user’s browser — so ad blockers and browser restrictions have no effect. We implement Consent Mode v2, which passes consent signals from your CMP (Consent Management Platform) through to Google. We work with Cookiebot, OneTrust, and most other major CMPs. We don’t suggest changing default consent from denied to granted — that’s correct GDPR behaviour and we keep it that way.

We configure GA4 and GTM to pass the session across domain boundaries cleanly, so you retain the full user journey rather than seeing a new session at the point of handover.
