This is the most common paid social problem we see. Meta’s reported ROAS includes view-through conversions, cross-device attribution, and a 7-day click / 1-day view window that tends to overclaim. We build a reconciliation layer that compares platform data against server-side tracking and your actual order data — and we find out where the discrepancy is coming from. Often it’s a combination of attribution overlap with other channels and inflated view-through credit.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is our largest volume. We also manage LinkedIn for B2B lead generation, and TikTok where demographics and product type make it appropriate. We won’t recommend a platform you don’t need — if your audience isn’t there, we’ll tell you.
Structured isolation — one variable at a time. Format (static vs. video vs. carousel), copy angle, primary image, hook copy — each tested separately so we know what actually drove the change. We don’t believe in running 20 ad variations and calling the winner ‘creative learning.’ We test to learn, not to burn budget.

We implement CAPI through Stape or direct integration, which recovers a significant portion of events that iOS would otherwise block. It doesn’t solve everything, but it materially improves signal quality.

For Meta, we generally recommend a minimum of £3,000/month in spend to generate enough data for the algorithm to optimise effectively. LinkedIn typically requires more due to higher CPCs. Below those thresholds, you’re often better building organic presence and saving paid spend for when you can fund it properly.
